There is also a living room with a spectacular view of Azure Mountain.

The basement is fully furnished. It includes a bedroom, half-bath, laundry room, and a cold storage pantry. It also makes a great party room. There is a bar, made of black cherry, and glass doors that open to a 6,000 brick patio overlooking an acre of grass yard.

Enjoy bird-watching or filming wildlife from the 200-foot wrap around deck with cedar railings. If the weather is inclement, it it not a problem - 160 foot of the deck is covered, and resembles an Adirondack Great Camp.

The garage has five access doors for recreational vehicles to enter/exit with ease. There is radiant heat in the floor, with a monitor for back up heat. It is well insulated and has an 11 1/2 foot ceiling.

Electric is 200 amp with a 100 amp sub-feed for the garage. Satellite TV system. Water filtration system. High speed Internet available.
