Come experience the serenity of the lake and feel your mind and body rest at ease. Wake up early to see an incredible sunrise while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee. Or, finish off the day while sipping a cocktail on the large composite deck overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain.

We invite you to enjoy our newly constructed lakefront home, located in the historic neighborhood of Cliff Haven (Plattsburgh, NY). The home offers 110 feet of waterfront on pristine Lake Champlain. Spacious kitchen/family room area with great views of the Vermont Mountains. Our home has three bedrooms (sleeps 8 with pull out queen size sleeper sofa), two full baths and two half baths, nicely furnished interior, and large composite deck, great for quiet relaxation and dining while enjoying the serenity of a lakefront home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fantastic water view and its own private full bathroom. A second bedroom also has a breath taking water view with a queen size bed and 1/2 bathroom across the hallway. The third bedroom is large and spacious with two twin beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen overlooks the living room/great room creating a nice open floor plan. The back side of the house is composed mostly of windows offering great views of the lake and relaxing sounds of the water lapping along the shoreline. Stairs to the lake offer a private swim/boating area or you're welcome to enjoy a nice sized sandy beach just a short walk away. The basement is partially finished and used as a playroom with lots of kid toys.

Cliff Haven is a safe community with its own sandy beach with lifeguards available. Photos available of beach at cliffhaven.org. In addition, a playground with baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts are across the street from the neighborhood. We are centrally located approximately one hour from Lake Placid, one hour from Burlington, VT via a ferry boat, and one hour from Montreal, Canada. Plattsburgh is easily accessible from car, plane (with our own airport), train and bus.

AVAILABLE ACTIVITIES
Swimming, boating (14' rowboat with motor - additional deposit required), fishing, golfing at numerous nearby courses, bird watching- mountains and numerous hiking trails at nearby Adirondack Park, snow skiing (one hour from Whiteface). AuSable Chasm is 10 minutes away. City of Plattsburgh is within five minutes for dining and shopping. There are two public boat launch sites locate within five miles of the house.
