decorated in a cottage style. Each of the upstairs bedrooms contains a queen sized bed
and share the master bath with tub shower. There is a large walk-in closet with a twin
mattress that could accommodate a child. Only ten minutes from Exit 19 of interstate 87,
but looks and feels like deep in the Adirondacks. Parking area for two cars, stairs to
cottage and lake.
Area Attractions:
Three miles to Great Escape Amusement Park, Splashwater Kingdom, Magic Forest, and
outlet shopping. Six miles to Lake George Village with boat rentals, carriage
rides, parasailing, wax museum, horseback riding, miniature golf, rodeos, and water
sports. Public golf courses and ranges less than three miles.
Americade motorcycle rally in June and Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival in
September. Balloon Rides.
Property is situated one mile on a quiet country road from the Warren County
Bike Trail leading to Lake George Village.
West Mountain Ski Area is visible from the top of the
driveway. Gore Mountain is 45 minutes away. Vermont
resorts Killington, Pico, and Okemo are one and a half
hours distant as is Manchester with Bromely and
Stratton.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center, summer home to the Philadelphia Orchestra and
the New York City Ballet, race tracks, and casino are
25 minutes away.
