fireplace, bathroom with shower, kitchen with
microwave and all utensils. One bedroom downstairs and
double beds in open area upstairs.

smoking outside. Can accommodate six people. Water
shallow out front, good for kids. Canoe included in
rental. 14' fishing boat and 9.5 HP motor available to
rent (extra charge). Rental weeks runs from noon on Saturday until
10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Close to golf,
mountain trails, restaurants and shopping. Easy drive
from Albany, Schenectady, or Utica.
