Summer Season (June 23 - July 19 and August 11 through Labor Day ): $2,200 per week, plus 75 dollar cleaning fee. NO WEEKEND RENTALS. 
Peak Summer Season (July 20 through August 10 ) $2,400 per week, plus 75 dollar cleaning fee. NO WEEKEND RENTALS. 
Fall Season (Labor Day - November 1): $1,800 per week, $250 per night with 3 night minimum and 75 dollar cleaning fee. NO DOCKAGE ON WEEKENDS
Off Season (November 1 - March 31): No weekends. $2,200 per week OR $1,800 per week with a two week minimum plus $75.00 cleaning fee. 
Winter monthly and full winter season rates available on request. Full winter season is from the first Saturday after Labor Day until April 30th.
