There are however, ashtrays provided for outdoor smoking on the deck or front porch.Of course,we stress caution and safety always and, to dispose of all smoking related refuse properly in ashtrays and trash recepticles. |
| Cleaning Policy: | There is a $75.00 refundable cleaning deposit required for any length of stay. There is an ample supply of cleaning supplies on hand including 2 vacuum cleaners. if you choose to clean and leave the house as it was when you arrived, the deposit will be refunded after inspection. If you choose not to clean,the deposit is retained.

| Security Deposit Information: | A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due within 60 days of booking.Refundable after inspection. Full payment within 60 days of rental period agreed upon.
Payment will be by Cashiers check or money order. Personal checks will be accepted if given in time to clear before rental period. |
