furniture. The main floor consists of a large eat-in
kitchen, spacious living room with full size sofa bed
and sliding doors to the screened-in porch overlooking
the lake, a full bathroom, and a queen sized bedroom.
The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a
king sized bed and a half bath, and a bedroom with two
twins. The beautifully finished basement, with sliding
doors that open to the lake, has a daybed with a
trundle and a laundry room.

The house is just minutes from Lake George Village,
many public golf course, tennis, and the Warren County
Bike trail, which is right around the corner from the
house. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, sledding,
snowmobiling, and ice skating. In the summer, you will
have fun water skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing,
sailing, hiking, or just relaxing in the sun. The
Saratoga Racetrack and the Saratoga Performing Arts
Center are only 20 minutes away. If you want more fun
for the kids, The Great Escape Amusement Park and
Splashwater Kingdom is only a few miles away. Come and
enjoy all that the Adirondacks have to offer.
