country ski and snowmobile trails which can be

The home
is located at Arrowhead Settlement on the northeast
shore of Piseco Lake on 2+ miles of shorefront owned
by the Piseco Company which also owns the Irondequoit
Inn (at the north end of the lake) irondequoitinn.com.
The house lot has 125 feet of private shoreline
property and a lovely, sandy beach with easy access
two house away to a community dock in the summer and
for skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. One of the
charms of the area is a five acre island opposite this
beach.
The main
floor of the house has a cathedral type great room
overlooking the lake. It has hardwood floors with
Oriental and hooked rugs and three large sliding doors
which open out to a large screened porch and decks
which wrap around three sides of the house. The living
room area is attractively furnished and includes a
Vermont Castings wood burning stove and large TV with
VCR and DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped and
complemented by a large pantry. It includes all
appliances, full gas stove, microwave, and and all
necessary utensils, china, glassware, and cookware.
The dining table seats 10 comfortably.

The main
floor also has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed
and a child's bed, two bureaus and a large closet, a
guest bedroom with double bed, ample closet and bureau
space, and a full bathroom.
The second
floor has a large bedroom with queen bed and a child's
bed, two bureaus, closet, TV and work area. It also
has a full bath and a study which overlooks the great
room and the lake, has a small TV and complete stereo
set with CD player.
The lower
level of the house has a recreation room with two 8'
sliding doors which provide direct access to the
lakeside. This room has a "hide-a-bed" sofa,
wet bar area, small TV and window seats, side tables,
game storage and exercise equipment. A full bathroom
with sauna is entered from both the rec room and
another guest bedroom with a queen bed, bureaus and
closet. This level also has a laundry with washer and
dryer.
There is a
two-car garage with a separate study which is heated
and a good place to seek complete privacy. The study
has desks and phone service which can be hooked up
with internet access if necessary at additional cost.
