This brand new beautiful four season Adirondack home has all modern conveniences and a cabin feel. Walking distance to the center of Lake George village and all of its exciting activities. A short walk to Million Dollar Beach and fun in the sun. Our home was built to be the perfect family vacation home for a get away, offering a unique blend of modern and cozy cabin architecture. From the house, we have a view of the southern basin of the lake and a nice view of the mountains. It has a large yard with a campfire to have an evening fire to socialize. Nestled at the foot of Prospect Mountain, families who enjoy hiking, nature activities, snowmobiling, all water activities or a quiet and relaxing get away would especially love it.

The knotty pine interior and hard wood floor makes it a truly warm and inviting place to relax. The main level has an open living-dining-kitchen area, two bedrooms (one double bed with ceiling fan, four twin bunk beds with toy closet), and a full bath with porcelain tile floor (tub/shower). The second floor suite has a queen bed, sofa and loveseat seating area, with private bath. The bedrooms, loft suite, and stairs have new Berber carpeting. There is recessed lighting with dimmers throughout the house. The basement has a laundry room with full size washer/dryer and set tub.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with Jenn Aire stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all you need to make any meal. You can eat at the marble center island or at the nearby table and chairs. Our home is well equipped, complete with bed linens (if needed) and kitchen services for eight.

The open floor plan makes an ideal home for celebrations and holidays. We can easily accommodate eight guests. There is ample parking (boat on trailer ok).

Easy ride to Gore (20 minutes), West Mountain (15 minutes), or Killington, VT (55 minutes) for the ski enthusiast. Walk to the Forum for indoor ice-skating. Easy access to snowmobile trails, Lake George Parks. boat launch, and Million Dollar beach. Saratoga Performing Arts Center (the New York City Ballet's summer home), Saratoga race tracks, and Saratoga Racino (slots casino) within 25 minute ride. Within a 15 mile radius there are over 15 public golf courses and Vermont is just over a half-hours drive. Lake George Village is walking distance from the house, offers visitors interesting and fun things to do or grab a great lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants. The Great Escape, a world class theme park, is only minutes from Lake George Village. Glens Falls is only 10 minutes away and offers a variety of grocery stores and shopping centers to meet all your needs.

There is always something great to do in the Adirondacks and Lake George area. The second and third weekends in May the Queen's Great Boat Race and the Glens Falls Blues Festival take place. The first and second weeks in June, the Elvis Festival and the Americade Motorcycle Touring Rally are in town. Bass season opens the third week in June, and the second weekend in July is the Antique Boat Show. In July/August every Thursday night at 9:30 p.m. - See Fireworks in Lake George village. In August, the National Vintage Boat Regatta attracts classic wood boats from throughout the region. September is a busy month with the Adirondack National Car Show which is the largest classic car show in the east, Lake George Jazz Festival the second weekend and the Adirondack Balloon Festival and Moon Glow. Peak "fall colors" viewing times are from the last weekend in September through the third weekend in October. This also coincides with Lake George's October Fest the last weekend of September.

Minutes to Lake George village with boat rentals, carriage rides, parasailing, wax museum, horseback riding, miniature golf, rodeos, and water sports. Four miles or less to Outlet shopping (Miracle Mile), Water Slide World, Magic Forest, Great Escape Amusement Park, Splash Water Kingdom, and public golf courses and ranges. Eight miles to Glens Falls Civic Center, Hyde Collection, Charles Woods Theater, Crandall Park and Public Library, 10 minutes to Aviation Mall.
