DESCRIPTION
Deluxe, well appointed four-season lakefront home with a sunny southern exposure on 1st Lake in Old Forge. Located in a quiet spot off of Morrow Point Road, but just 2.5 miles from the center of Old Forge's shops, restaurants and the water park, this 3 level 5-bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms, has it all.

The main level has hardwood floors, a great room with knotty pine vaulted ceiling and walls, a wood burning floor to ceiling stone fireplace, plenty of windows facing the lake with wireless internet and cable, a 32" flat-screen HD TV with Bose DVD and sound system. A fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, dining area, full bath and two bedrooms, both with full size bed, round out the main level.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, both with queen beds, a full bathroom with double-sinks and a jet tub. In the morning step out onto the small deck leading from the master bedroom overlooking the lake and hear the loons or watch the deer wander across the sandy beach.

The ground level walk-out leads to a flat green lawn, 75 feet of sandy beach and shallow frontage, along with a 70-foot dock where you can dock your boat or fish. In the evening, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit just a few feet from the water or cook on the new outdoor gas grill and dine on the main level's 12 x 32 foot deck overlooking the lake as the sun
goes down.

Enjoy your favorite outdoors activities right from the house or within minutes, including boating on the Fulton Chain of Lakes from Old Forge to Inlet, hiking along the Tobie town or through the woods. Just a few minutes down the road enjoy a picturesque hike up Bald or Bear Mountain. Blue Mountain Lake and the Adirondack Museum is 30 to 40 minutes away. The winter offers snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing at McCauley Mountain, miles of groomed snowmobile trails as well as ice fishing.
