custom ski racks and coat closet and a cozy, rustic
natural Adirondack feel, the Living Room offers a
fireplace with lots of seating and wide-open windows
that let in Sunlight with beautiful filtered views of
Tripp Lake and the mountain regions with all it's
wildlife. Evenings enjoy starry nights out on the cozy
deck right outside the Living Room. If you like to
stay in and cook there is an equipped kitchen with
extra seating and a spacious dining area. A half
bathroom is convenient on this floor.
Upstairs
the Master Bedroom offers a queen size bed and a
romantic feel with it's very own fireplace, and same
beautiful views from the big windows there. Your own
full bathroom and laundry area make it so much more
convenient!
The second
bedroom has twin beds, the third has one twin bed and
a fold-type twin size bed each accommodates two people
in each bedroom. Another full bathroom is great for
upstairs use. Totaling two and a half bathrooms in
all.
Quiet time
at Green Mansions Condo Complex is from 11:00 p.m.
until 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

RENTAL
RATES
$150 per night - 2 night minimum
$1,000 weekly
$3,500 monthly
Reserve your dates by
submitting full amount plus one night's refundable
security deposit.
Your Security Deposit
is refunded within 30 days or sooner after the
Departure Inspection. Please leave 'our home' in the
same physical condition or better as upon arrival. All
garbage and recyclables must be removed and placed in
the proper receptacles located near each building. In
the event the residence is not left in an orderly
condition, the renter will be responsible for expenses
incurred as a result of additional cleaning, repair or
replacement of missing or damaged property and any
undo delay for the next rental arrival based on these
problems. Damages in excess of the security deposit
will be negotiated with the renter.
Cancellation of a
reservation 30 days or more prior to the date of
arrival, we will provide refund less 5% Cancellation
Fee. Fee Equals 5% of the total reservation value;
i.e. Reservation is $1,000, Cancellation Fee is $50.
