Rustic Adirondack Waterfront Home on the Hudson River:

The house is secluded on six acres of land amid hundreds of acres of woods, so privacy and serenity surround you. You are located in the heart of all the summer and winter activities and yet you can retreat to a world of your own. The quaint town of North Creek and Gore Mountain Ski area are just minutes away.

Winter Activities:

You are five minutes from Gore Mountain Ski area and the new Ski Bowl Park. A tubing park and ice skating rink are even closer. Cross country skiing trail and hiking trails are right behind the property. There is also a winter indoor water park 25 minutes away for some splish-splash fun.

In the Spring and Summer:

There are several great rafting and whitewater outfitters locally but if your not interested in a guided tour, then drop a canoe in upstream (canoe is included with the house) and end the adventure downstream by pulling up in front of the house. If you prefer, step out your door and fish the Hudson River.

If you want to cool off we have carved out a wading pool area in front of the house on the river where you can sit and cool. There is a little fire pit on the river and chairs to sit, fish or just take in the water and mountain views. There is also a fresh water beach three minutes from the house for swimming fun.

The house is centrally located within close proximity of Lake George, Great Escape, Water Parks, Horse Back Riding, Kayaking, and Rafting. Great fishing on North Creek, Schroon Lake, Lake George, Indian Lake, Paradox Lake and more.

The house is a beautiful Lincoln Log home. It sleeps six and has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed the other with a double bed), we also have a cathedral ceiling loft with a double bed. In addition we do have a futon and two blowup mattresses. The house has two full bathrooms, a wood burning stove, a library of DVDs and VHS movie tapes for your viewing pleasure (there are movies for the children, grown-ups and old time classics).

We have a screened in porch as well as an outdoor porch for you to sit and relax and watch the humming birds. The property also has a fenced in yard for your pets.
