Cozy Blue Mountain Rest offers year-round, scenic, Blue Mt Lake vacation rentals with all the comforts of home. Comfortable and captivating, all rooms have fully equipped kitchens, outdoor fire pits and complimentary charcoal grills. Blue Mt Rest offers three types of lodging options housing 5 Rental Units accommodating up to 24 guests. We have a 1,200 square foot vacation home, two two-room motel type units and a double cabin (apartment type layout) that can be used as independent rooms or together jointly. All rooms also have Direct TV (140 channels), VCR, DVD, sheets and towels, and some basic toiletries. Two units have fireplaces and one has a Jacuzzi.

The ideal New York Escape where rustic comfort and wilderness meet in a tranquil setting. Enjoy the endless discoveries and natural wonders that our peaceful vacation property offers.

Outdoor activities abound all year:

Enjoy boating, golfing, fishing, water-skiing, tubing, jet-skiing, sun bathing, swimming, biking, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, white water rafting, horseback riding or a seaplane ride in spring, summer and fall.

Hunting, snowmobiling, downhill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snow tubing and ice skating in fall and winter.

Other activities and attractions in the area include:

The Adirondack Museum, The Blue Mt Lake Cultural Center, Dinner Cruising on Raquette Lake, touring at Sagamore and Water Parks in Old Forge. And of course there is shopping and restaurants nearby.

Blue Mountain Rest is located in the dead center of the Adirondack State Park between Indian, Long and Raquette Lakes.
