DESCRIPTION
Surprise Lodge is located approximately 7 miles north of Old Forge in Holiday Shores Estates, a private waterfront community.

The Lodge is a very comfortable, five bedroom, three bath, year round home with much Adirondack charm. The hickory kitchen is large with granite countertops a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and comes stocked with pots, pans and all utensils.

The living room has three full size sofas a big screen TV and a wood pellet stove. There is also a large dining area.

On the main level the master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. There are four bedrooms on the second level which include (1) king bed, (1) queen bed, (1) room has a set of twin beds, and (1) has a set of bunk beds. All the bedrooms have their own Adirondack theme and are tastefully decorated.

The front of the lodge has a covered porch and the rear has a large deck overlooking the water with a grill and patio furniture. There is also a mud room with a washer and dryer.

During your stay guests have access to all of the community amenities including a sandy beach and chairs, a boat dock and launch, fire pit at the beach, tennis court, basketball, baseball field, volleyball, and children's play area. The area also offers hiking and biking trails.

Cable TV, television, telephone, wireless DSL, VCR, DVD player are included. Quilts, pillows, and blankets are included, guest must bring there own sheets and towels. 

Absolutely no pets or smoking is permitted indoors.
