DESCRIPTION
The Yellow Front Cottage is a historic home on Pelcher Road in Lake Pleasant New York. It was built in 1862 and was recently renovated to be a comfortable home with all the modern conveniences. A half acre site assures quiet and privacy. It has three bedrooms (two with double beds and a bunk room), two baths, washer and dryer, zoned electric heat and four room air conditioners, satellite TV, VCR, and DVD players. A two minute walk leads you to your own private beach on Lake Pleasant. The Lake Pleasant Marina is nearby. Boat rental and storage is available at the marina.

The interior has bead board paneling and antique tin ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grilling is allowed. Bed linens and towels are furnished and will be laundered by our cleaning service upon your check out. A large stock of puzzles and board games are furnished on the large wrap around porch. Speculator is three minutes away and has a fully stocked grocery store and numerous dining establishments, both fine and casual.
