The waterfront has a great beach with a very gradual slope and a clean gravel bottom, perfect for swimming. The dock allows you to bring your boat, and the boat launch is within eyesight of the property, so you can easily enjoy all that this wonderful lake has to offer. From fishing, and water skiing, to simply just touring. Boat rentals are also available at the local marina, and it's just a couple minutes walk from the house. The rear yard is entirely fenced in so your dogs can enjoy the fresh air and water as well. Enjoy a nice evening fire next to the lake in the fire pit.

The house is completely furnished with anything you could need. The kitchen is well appointed with a full sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, as well as small appliances that include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. There's plenty of dishware and glass/barware. You'll also find a commercial grade gas grill for the biggest barbeque. There's a large covered porch at the front of the house, and an enclosed porch at the back.

The spacious King Bedroom's sliding glass doors provide a great view up the lake, and access to the deck outside - a great place to watch the sunset, or have your morning coffee. The Queen and Double-Twin bedrooms are also located upstairs, and a sleeper sofa is available downstairs in the living room for additional guests. Fresh linens are provided.

The house is also equipped with satellite television in the living room, Master Bedroom and Queen Bedroom. A DVD player, stereo and various board games are also provided for indoor entertainment.

You could likely enjoy your entire vacation without leaving the property; however it's conveniently located within the hamlet of Cranberry Lake, and within walking distance to the local restaurants, marina, tennis courts, and the library, which is equipped with computers and WI-FI. The local and surrounding areas provide access to additional fishing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and golf, all within minutes. A short drive of 60 miles or less can also provide for a great day trip to nearby Adirondack attractions in nearby towns like Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, and Lake Placid.

The house is also available for rental in the off season. Cranberry Lake is a great place to spend spring and fall. With immediate access to the approximately 850 miles of snowmobile trails, ice fishing, cross-country and down hill skiing, the winters can be a good time to get away as well!
