| Cleaning Policy: | We utilize a cleaning service between rentals, which is included in our rental rates (no extra charge). Prior to departure, we expect renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, strip beds, leave used linens and towels on the floor in the family room, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work.
