Our home is a clean, efficient beautiful retreat on Lake Sacandaga just outside the village of Speculator. Nestled quietly between a Cul de Sac and scenic cove. This property has breathtaking views and first class access to a true gem of the Adirondacks. Forty feet of sandy beach allows occupants to enjoy Lake Sacandaga a pristine lake of which 2/3 is deemed forever wild by New York State. The house will easily hold a group but is efficient enough as a get away for two. The large eat-in kitchen with adjacent deck allows for easy mealtimes with the best views in the house. This home has two bedrooms up stairs and one or the lower level. Easily accommodating families with children of all ages. Two full baths, laundry room and large family room make this house a great choice for summer vacationing in the Adirondacks.

Travel to Birchpoint Drive is an easy scenic drive approximately 40 minutes from the New York State Thruway/Amsterdam and a little less than an hour west of Lake George and the Northway. Vacation here once and you'll be hooked for a lifetime.
