| Cleaning Policy: | We have a cleaning service between rentals, which is included in our rental fee. Prior to
departure, we expect our renters to empty the refrigerator, wash all dishes, bag all trash in clear trash bags and place them in the outside receptacles. We ask that all bedding, furniture and amenities be left where they were found upon arrival. It is important that our property be left tidy and organized (both inside and outside) and ready for our cleaning staff to do their job. |
| Linen Policy: | We supply pillows and blankets for each of the beds. An additional fee will provide guests with linens and towels. |
| Security Deposit Information: | We require a $250.00 security deposit to hold a particular rental week. That same deposit is kept as a security deposit for any damages until the end of the actual rental week. |
