| Beautiful fully-equipped lakefront home only two feet from Lake Abanakee with all modern conveniences and amenities. The main floor has two bedrooms (two queens, one single bed), full bath with tub and shower, living room with hardwood floors, homemade quilts on the walls, Franklin fireplace, satellite LCD TV, high speed Internet connection, VCR, DVD, CD player, sliding glass doors to a large covered and carpeted screened porch with dining table, swing, and chairs overhanging Lake Abanakee, and a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, dishwasher and dining. Both the living room and kitchen have a high (16 foot) pine ceiling. There is a loft with one full bed and Playstation 2 with many games. Outside is a new dock with three different boats including an aluminum rowboat, canoe, and paddle boat and another porch under the screened porch next to lake with a picnic table, wood deck with gas grill and lounge chairs, Tiki torches, outdoor lights, outside metal fireplace next to water, and a swimming raft with ladder about 20 feet from the end of dock that also has a ladder for swimming. The cabin is about two miles from the town of Indian Lake. "Anchors A'Hoyes" is also used by our family and is very well maintained.

| Pet Policy: | Any pet must be approved. There is a $50 charge for the rental period. If the pet is approved, It is very important that pets not be allowed in the cabin unless they are dry and clean. If wet or dirty they must be dried and/or cleaned before allowing them in the cabin. |
| Smoking Policy: | Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. |
| Cleaning Policy: | The Cleaning Crew will clean the cabin before the arrival of our guests. We request that our Guests treat the cabin as if their own and leave it in good condition. |
| Linen Policy: | The only things that Guests need to bring are linens and towels. All else is provided. |
| Security Deposit Information: | There is a fully refundable Security Deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $150 for periods of less than a week. The Deposit is for holding the reservation, for any pay per view movies, and any long distance telephone calls. It is returned within 30 days and after telephone and TV bills are received. The deposit is required when returning a 1 page signed reservation contract sent to the Guest by us. |
