We all need vacations, even when the economy is tough! Enjoy any season staying at this newly built log cabin on tranquil Friends Lake. This is a VERY FAMILY friendly location. During the summer mid-week it is almost like having a private beach with volleyball net, picnic tables and grills, open fireplace, fishing dock area and floating swimming dock. There is a row boat for your use, sand toys and beach chairs. The upstairs has an open floor plan with a big kitchen. The kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. A dining room which looks out thru sliding doors onto the wrap around deck. The living room is furnished with a futon for extra sleeping comfort. Also upstairs in the cabin are three bedrooms( two with full size beds and one with two twin beds) with one full bath. Downstairs is one big family room with an Adirondack stone hearth and woodstove. The family room has cable and a pullout couch in a cozy area with the other side of the room set up for child play. Games, puzzles and blocks. Located in separate rooms off the family room are a washer and dryer and another working potty . You can also exit the downstairs family room thru another pair of sliding glass doors. These doors lead to a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. In total the cabin sleeps 10 comfortably with plenty floor space for cots or sleeping bags. The log cabin is short downhill walk to the beach. On the wrap around deck, with charcoal grill and gas grill, you have a filtered view of the lake. The private lake welcomes, swimming, fishing, and boating throughout the warmer months. If you enjoy winter sports, this is also the area for you. The lake offers great ice fishing, cross country skiing, and beautiful snowmobile trails. The cabin is also only 15 minutes from Gore Mountain if you prefer to ski or go tubing for fun. Families and young couples would fully enjoy our cabin. We have recently opened it up to renting and have only had positive remarks. Our cabin is our special get away and would only want renters who would treat it the same. Must be 25 or older to rent. |

No dogs if possible, will charge an extra $100.00 one time fee if a must. Must be well behaved, does not chew or detroy property. Cabin is checked over upon departure by manager for any damage pet may have caused. |

| Security Deposit Information: | There is a $500.00 security deposit required, which will be returned upon passing inspection after departure. The security deposit is due to confirm booking. |
| Rental Rates: | $1,200 for a week, $200.00 a night. To confirm booking a one nights stay must be paid in full first. IN ADDITION a security deposit of $200.00 is needed and will be returned to you after you depart and cabin has been inspected. |
