| Located on a quiet dead end road that hosts 300 foot frontage of private access to the West Branch AuSable River, "a blue ribbon trout stream". Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain, 25 minutes from Lake Placid and High Peaks Region, or 90 minutes to Montreal and Burlington VT. via ferry. The cabin is totally equipped; just bring your food and personal belongings. Sleep comfortably and cozy on any of the three queen sized beds wrapped in down comforters. There are too many activities in the area to mention, but just outside the cabin are miles of hiking or cross country ski trails, a picnic area at Lake Eaton, and tennis courts nearby. After a long day of activities, relax on the spacious covered porch and open deck or just sit by the fire.

| Security Deposit Information: | A $500 deposit is due with the rental fee balance 30 days prior to your arrival. If there are any damages to the property/contents or any excessive cleaning is needed, then it will be assessed from this deposit. Otherwise the deposit will be refunded in full. Thank you for your cooperation so that you and others can continue to enjoy this beautiful place. |
| Rental Rates: | Because the cabin is our vacation home, we only rent it 8 to 10 weeks per year. We also prefer not to do back-to-back rentals so that we are able to accommodate extended stays or flexible check-ins/outs. Please contact us for rates regarding any deviation from the weekly stay.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Standard Rate is = $1,700 per week July and August minimum stay is 5 nights Any stays that include holidays or special events = $1,900 per week. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at time of reservation. The second half of the rental fee plus the $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then full payment is due at time of booking. For payments received less than 10 days of the arrival date, payments must be in the form of a bank check or money order. Cancellations: A full refund will be given prior to 30 days of arrival. If less than 30 days, it will be at our discretion or upon rebooking. |
