All year peaceful cabin in spectacular Loon Lake. Fully equipped kitchen, Great Room with extra sofa bed, spiral staircase to second floor, and screened in deck. Design and workmanship that went into the creation of this cabin
amazes me every time I step in the door. There is a full bath with shower only downstairs and a half bath upstairs.
There is a full bed in a master bedroom downstairs that also has a sink as well. There is also a full bed upstairs.
Two twin beds are also on the other ha …lf of the loft upstairs seperated by a wonderful stained glass partition. The cabin is clean and neat, has a great music collection. There are huge windows that open wide and let the breeze
and the sound of the forest inside.

It was professionally designed and build by an architect and his wife that I have had the pleasure of dealing with renting this cabin since 2006. I took ownership over the summer and will continue to offer it as a rental as we have enjoyed it for so many years.

Our own waterfront property with screened gazebo and dock is a ten minute walk down the road. The water off our dock is deep enought to dive into. The swimming is fantastic.

No bedding or clothes washer/dryer at this time. We will be installing a washer and dryer in the spring of 2024. The cabin is equipped with Starlink internet/wifi and a streaming TV and playstation.

Security Deposit Information: We require a security deposit of $300.00 payable with the balance of rental due 30 days prior to your stay.
* Due to potential mail delays we recommend sending tracking details for the rental payment.
-We will return your security deposit by mail typically on the Monday following your stay.
