| Cleaning Policy: | Please leave the cottage tidy before your departure. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. |
| Linen Policy: | All linens and bath towels are provided. Use of the washer/dryer is included in the rental fee. |
| Security Deposit Information: | Security Deposits are returned in full after an inspection of the property is done following guest's departure. The Security Deposit will be used for damages done to property. If damage estimate is more than the deposit, the guest will be charged what is deemed reasonable for the repair. Security Deposits will be retained by owner in the event a rental is canceled after deposit and signed contract is received. |
