| A large camp surrounded by approximately 200 acres of beautiful forest located on the Saranac River. This nicely furnished camp located in the Adirondacks can sleep/accommodate as little as one family to as many as 18 people comfortably. The camp has two huge bunkrooms with a total of four single beds and 10 double beds. Camp is set back in the woods giving a private, secluded experience with a large yard and parking area.
This cozy camp is located near many attractions in and out of the Adirondacks. It is located near Lake Placid (45 minutes), Saranac Lake (35 minutes), Whiteface Mountain/Wilmington (35 minutes), Silver Lake (15 minutes), Plattsburgh (25 minutes), and Montreal (1.5 hours). With its location and scenery, it is a fisherman and outdoorsman's delight (opportunity to see wildlife, great access to many New York State fisherman's areas, and close access to many hiking trails in the High Peaks region). Close by there are two stores and two restaurants within 10 miles of camp. This camp has all the luxuries of home: running hot water, electricity provided by solar power and generator. satellite TV, refrigerator, shower, etc. Due to the abundant amount of space inside and outside, this camp is great for use for family gatherings, reunions, and get-togethers. This is an ideal setting for those looking for an Adirondack experience: secluded and private, but close to many great tourist attractions in the Adirondacks. |
