The lake and surrounding area provide opportunity for recreation of all types - golf, swimming, hiking, canoeing, fishing. (Boat rentals are available on the lake.) An outdoor fireplace with picnic table and chairs are provided on the lawn near the water. This is our family vacation home and we seek tenants who will love it as we do, and will leave it as they find it. | |

| Pet Policy: | One dog is allowed provided that it is kept on a leash at all times, kept off the furniture and bedding, does not excessively bark, is not destructive, and the owner cleans up after the dog immediately when outside. |
| Smoking Policy: | Smoking is not allowed indoors. However, you may smoke outside on the porch with all windows open, or outside. |
| Cleaning Policy: | This is our vacation home, and we expect that you will leave it as you found it - neat and tidy and clean. |
| Linen Policy: | Linens are available for an additional charge of $100. They will need to be laundered, folded and put back in the drawers before check out time. There is a laundromat at the 4 corners in Speculator. |
| Security Deposit Information: | There is a security deposit of $300 which will be returned to you within three weeks of your checkout provided nothing is broken or missing. |
| Rental Rates: | $1700 per week July through Labor Day - $1200 per week June and September minimum stay during June and September - 4 days (i.e. in Thursday after 3pm, out Monday before 11am price for 4 days $700 June/Sept No partial weeks during July and August allowed) |
