The lake and surrounding area provide opportunity for recreation of all types - golf, swimming, hiking, canoeing, fishing. (Boat rentals are available on the lake.) An outdoor fireplace with picnic table and chairs are provided on the lawn near the water. This is our family vacation home and we seek tenants who will love it as we do, and will leave it as they find it. | |

| Cleaning Policy: | This is our vacation home, and we expect that you will leave it as you found it - neat and tidy and clean. |
| Linen Policy: | Linens are available for an additional charge of $50. They will need to be laundered, folded and put back in the drawers before check out time. There is a laundromat at the 4 corners in Speculator. |
| Security Deposit Information: | There is a security deposit of $300 which will be returned to you within three weeks of your checkout provided nothing is broken or missing. |
| Rental Rates: | $1250 per week July through Labor Day - $950 June and September |
