| Security Deposit Information: | Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am. To rent the cottage a deposit of $500 is required to hold the date and a separate $200 security deposit is required (to be retuned at the end of the rental date). The remaining is required 1 month before the rental date. Rental Policy is if you cancel one month before your rental date we will refund your deposit. After that date your deposit will be refunded if we re-rent the cabin. |
| Rental Rates: | June: $140 per night ( 3 night minimum )
July thru August: $1,500 per week Saturday to Saturday After Labor Day: $125 per night ( 3 night minimum ) |
