| This charming, fully furnished cabin was recently remodeled. It is a true lakefront vacation get-away, surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains. This is the place to come for relaxation and renewal. Everything is taken care of for you: a fully stocked kitchen, sheets on the beds, towels in the bathroom. It even has a new septic system! The cozy kitchen opens into the knotty pine living room with its sliding glass doors and gorgeous lake views. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that let you wake to a magnificent view. The modern bathroom has a shower for your convenience. The inviting sunroom is a great place to relax and watch the loons swim by. A stone path leads from the deck to the patio and fire pit with a dock and steps going to the shore. Chazy Lake is a great place to canoe in the early morning or evening hours when the lake is calm and and you can take in the mountain views. A canoe are available for your use. There are numerous walking/hiking paths within minutes of the cabin. (Our pictures include a view from the top of Lyon Mountain, which is within walking distance of the cabin.) Mountain bikers can enjoy the challenge of riding in this Adirondack paradise, but there are also easy roads near the lake that offer pleasant rides. Nature's best, only a half hour from Plattsburgh, New York (with shopping and entertainment), an hour from Lake Placid/White Face Mountain and an hour and a half from Montreal. | |

| Security Deposit Information: | $100 security deposit which is returned within one week of check-out after the cabin is inspected and found to be in good order, as per rental agreement. |
| Rental Rates: | $900 per week End of May - September. Arrival is 3:00 p.m. Saturday, and check out is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. |
