Great room with cable TV, DVD player, and stereo. Fully equipped new kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator as well as a coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking utensils. A full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms; one with built-in bunk beds and the other with a full size bed. Cozy loft with gorgeous tree-top views has both a queen and full size bed. Cabin sleeps 8 comfortably.
Wrap around deck provides plenty of space for outdoor living and for viewing spectacular sunsets. Outdoor patio with stainless steel gas grill and chimanea are steps away from the cabin. Renters should be physically fit and able to climb approx 15-20 steps up to the cabin. Adjoining private island accessible via footbridge has pebble beach and cove for swimming and sunbathing. Canoe, paddle boat, and john boat with electric trolling motor available for use. Excellent bass and trout fishing. Charter service service available by appointment. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Raft with 9.9 horse motor available for weekly rental of 250.00 |

| Cleaning Policy: | We don't charge a cleaning fee, but will deduct a $250.00 cleaning fee from your deposit if the cabin and or grounds are left dirty. You will be expected to leave the cabin in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Renters are expected to empty the refrigerator of food and empty trash cans, wash all dirty dishes, broom sweep and leave furniture and amenities where they where when you arrived. The cabin should be left in a clean and tidy manner. |
| Linen Policy: | No linens or towels are provided, however each bed is equiped with a mattress pad, pillow and cover quilt. |
