| Our waterfront cabin is on Adirondack Lake, one of several lakes in the Hamlet of Indian Lake. Built in 2006, it is a year-round cabin sitting on 1.4 acres of wooded property. The cabin has two (2) first floor bedrooms (queen, two singles), a second floor bedroom (queen), 1.5 baths, living room, kitchen, mudroom, and two porches (1 screened). The cabin has all the conveniences one would need. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils and coffee-maker. The living room has satellite television with DVD/VCR. The mudroom has a washer/dryer.
Indian Lake is a year-round vacation spot in the heart of the Adirondacks. In the summer enjoy our dock, rowboat, canoe, outdoor fire pit, picnic table and Adirondack chairs, all waterside or dine on the screened porch after cooking on the propane grill by the cabin. In the morning have your coffee on the front porch and enjoy the sunrise while listening to the loons. Fishing, hiking, canoeing, swimming and golfing (two courses within 10 minutes) are just some of the many available activities. Indian Lake is also where whitewater rafting starts down the Hudson River. In addition, visit the nearby wonderful Adirondack Museum. In the winter enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing or skiing (20 minutes to Gore Mountain). There is snowmobile trail access directly from the cabin's property. We also have some games, books and movies available if you have the time. |

| Security Deposit Information: | We do not have a security deposit but require a 20% downpayment to secure the rental period. |
| Rental Rates: | $1,300 per week (June - August)
$900 per week (September - May) $150 per day (3 day minimum, September - May) Rates are subject to change. |
