Our deluxe 4th Lake cabin looks out into the woods on three sides, we have a separate waterfront lot which is a short walk (300 feet) down a drive where we have a dock, kayak, campfire and sitting area. Located just outside of Inlet on South Shore Road, this Adirondack cabin has all the comforts of home; except the stress! Enjoy this modern year round home with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, living room with stone fireplace, and a large front deck to relax in the surrounding woods. The cabin is a very bright comfortable getaway with lots of room to relax and enjoy nature and experience the Adirondacks. Available year round; close to restaurants, attractions, golf, Old Forge, snowmobile trails, and hiking trails. |

| Pet Policy: | Pets are considered with a $100/pet fee per week. $75/pet for shorter stays.
All pets must be on leashes at all times (outdoors). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture or on the second floor at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. All pets must be free of fleas at the time of their stay. |

| Cleaning Policy: | We utilize a cleaning service between rentals, which is included in our rental rates (no extra charge). Prior to departure, we expect renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, wash all dishes, leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise broom swept. |
| Linen Policy: | You must bring all linens; 2 queen beds, 5 single beds and one full pull out couch. You must also bring bath linens, kitchen linens and beach towels. We provide pillows and blankets for all the beds. |
| Security Deposit Information: | We require a refundable $500 security deposit for full week rentals and a $250 refundable security deposit for shorter stays. |
| Rental Rates: | Summer Rates: $275 per day (2 day minimum); $1,750/ week (Saturday Checkin)
Winter rentals: $275/night; $750/3 day weekend; Monthly, $2500 plus gas/electric; Season, $6,000 plus utilities. Holiday rates vary, call or email for information. |
