All levels of wilderness hiking trails to waterfalls and lakes, as well as several good restaurants and grocery stores, are available in the area. Cranberry Lake is 15 miles away with several tourist activities, and wonderful day trips to Lake Placid and Alexandria Bay are only about an hour away. | |

| Cleaning Policy: | You will be required to pay a cleaning deposit of $100, which will be returned to you at departure, after satisfactory inspection of the cottage. You will be expected to leave the cottage in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Our rental operates on a "leave it as you found it" basis, meaning that renters are responsible for cleaning the cottage prior to departure, including the kitchen and bathroom. A detailed check list and cleaning supplies are provided. |
| Linen Policy: | You must provide sheets and pillow cases for the beds and sofa beds. Both beds and both sofa beds take double size sheets. Pillows and blankets are provided, as are kitchen towels and dish clothes. You must provide other towels and wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer provided. |
| Security Deposit Information: | Security deposit of $700 is required upon confirmation of reservation. The deposit is not refundable unless I am able to rent the reserved week in advance of the start date. If I must discount the rental to rent the reserved week, that amount of discount will be deducted from the deposit prior to refunding. |
| Rental Rates: | $1,000 per week from Sunday at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday at noon.
Rate includes fishing boat with small motor and canoe. |
