The living room and dining room have a cathedral ceiling with custom fixed glass panels that allow a beautiful wooded view of the 2.8 acre property. Finished walkout basement with cable HDTV, 2 futon couches, a table for playing cards or board games and a full bathroom. Horseshoes and an outdoor fire pit add to the experience.

The property is extremely peaceful and free from any sounds other than nature, yet only 5 miles to the center of Warrensburg or Chestertown. 20 minutes to either Gore Mountain or Lake George Village and 1 hour from Lake Placid.

The home is located in Green Mansions and guests enjoy membership to the Tripp Lake Beach & Tennis Club. The beach is for the private use by members and their guests and the association provides chairs, umbrellas, canoes, kayaks, rowboats and paddle boats at no additional charge. Green Mansions is also home to a 9 hole golf course. Owner will forward more information by email at your request.

The home rents for $225 per night. Summer time (June 20 - Labor Day) requires a minimum stay of 7 nights ($1575 weekly)
