Take a hike on the many trails, fish off of the dock, watch the wildlife, and hear the erie yet magical call of the loons. Revel in the natural beauty of this setting that is yours to explore! This property is on the East end of 3 mile long Big Moose Lake. Since this lake has limited public access you can truly enjoy a rejuvenating experience in a mountainous wilderness area with remote lakes and ponds. Paddle the canoe provided to the inlet marsh owned by NYS where great blue heron, ducks, beavers, otters, osprey, eagles, deer, bear, fox, turkeys, and maybe a moose may be seen. Relax in front of the stone fireplace (wood included).
This property sleeps 5 (one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, and a pull-out couch). Bathroom includes full tub and shower. A guest camp which has 2 twin beds without a bath is available for an additional $150/week when main camp is rented. If you can remove yourself from the paradise you are in, for your enjoyment down the road you will find restaurants, shopping, a theme park, movie theaters, video rentals, golfing, museums, bike rentals, horseback riding, and more.
