| Smoking Policy: | Smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time. Smokers may smoke outside on the premises, provided they dispose of butts safely and appropriately! |
| Cleaning Policy: | The premises will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Any general cleaning needed during the course of a, 7 night or fewer, stay will be the responsibility of the leasee. Parties renting for periods longer than 7 days, may request cleaning and garbage removal services once per week with no additional charge. Renters are expected to leave the premises in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon checkout, or may be subject to loss of some or all of the security deposit! |
| Linen Policy: | Towels and bed linens are provided, unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to provide their own sheets or towels are welcome to do so if they so choose. Laundry facilities are available to launder towels and bedding during the course of a stay as desired. |
| Security Deposit Information: | All renters are subject to a $200 security deposit, and guests with pets are subject to an additional $100 or a total of $300 security deposit. Security deposits are fully refundable, provide the premises are left in reasonably clean and tidy order, and there is no damage to to physical property beyond normal wear and tear. |
