In the woodlands of Cobble Hill rests the Dolly Family Lodge, overlooking the Pleasant Valley of Elizabethtown, where mountain views open in the distance and Lake Champlain peeks through using the Green Mountains of Vermont as the backdrop in the distance. Dolly Family Lodge sets half way up Cobble Hill Lane on the North East. A classic Adirondack style lodge for your vacation retreat, business conference, birthday party or family reunion. Stay a day, a weekend or a week. This Arts & Crafts style home, built in the great camp era, is the right size for your gathering. Seven bedrooms sleep 17 comfortably. There are two full baths (one shower/one bathtub) and two half baths. The sleeping accommodations consist of two queen beds, two full beds, two rooms with two twin beds each and another room with two trundle beds (that sleep four), and a youth bed/crib. For additional sleeping there is a built-in window seat (9 feet long) and couch on the first floor. This property consists of 6.5 acres, conveniently located just two miles from the center of Elizabethtown. Local museum, golf course, tennis courts and paddle ball are available. Surrounded by hiking/horse riding/snowshoeing trails, bird sanctuary, ponds, lakes, and nearby trailheads to some of the area High Peaks. Situated: 10 minutes to Lake Champlain 20 minutes to Whiteface Mountain 30 minutes in one direction to Lake Placid and the Olympic Center 30 minutes in the other direction is the state of Vermont One hour from the Canadian border |

| Rental Rates: | Whole lodge - rental is $500 per day.
If rented for a week the seventh day is discounted / free and the rate is $3000. Hourly rental available for wedding showers, conferences, birthdays, anniversary parties or any special occassion, at the cost of $25.00 per hour, with a two hour minimum. |
