| Pet Policy: | Pets are permitted only with prior approval. We cannot accept Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, mixed breeds of these animals, or any pet that is aggressive. A $100 per week pet fee applies. Owners are responsible for clean up and up to date vaccinations. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pets must be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellant three (3) days prior to arrival. |

| Cleaning Policy: | Linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional charge. |

| Security Deposit Information: | A reservation deposit is required within five (5) days of booking. Deposits are not applied toward rent. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. It is fully refundable and will be mailed to you within (14) days of departure, provided the agreed provisions are met.
