| This is the place you have been looking for! With over 2,000 square feet, there is plenty of room to relax in this cedar log home which sleeps 10. This exquisite mountain camp is private, yet not far from Saranac Lake (21 miles), Lake Placid (30 miles), or Plattsburgh (35 miles). The area boasts many attractions such as: hiking to the Loon Lake Mountain Fire Tower or the High Peaks, swimming, boating, fishing, skiing, and more. A canoe, two kayaks, toboggan, movies, children's toys, a newly installed fire pit area, and relaxation await you and your family.
The House includes three spacious bedrooms; one king size, two full size, one queen, two single size, and one pull-out couch. While linens are not included, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. There is also a small cot and Greco play pen if needed. Two full bathrooms have bath tubs and showers. The kitchen has everything you need including dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, oven, Jenn Air gas range, and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy a fire at the fireplace or outside at the fire pit area. Prior to departure, we expect renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work. |

| Security Deposit Information: | There is a $400 deposit which is refundable after departure and cleaning providing no unusual clean ups, damages, or long distance charges. |
| Rental Rates: | $1000 per week plus a $100 cleaning fee. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. We only rent by the week during July & August. EXCEPTION: WE HAVE 8/14-8/18 AVAILABLE AT $165/NIGHT.
$150 per night plus a $75 cleaning fee (3-night minimum). Weekend/daily rentals available September thru June. |
