Saturday to Saturday (check- in at 3/check- out by 11 Returning guests always the same rental fee as your first visit we love to have you back. 450.00 for weekend rate if available (check -in Friday @ 5 check-out on Sunday by 11) 250.00 Security deposit required in separate check or cash that will be returned upon check out inspection...Please leave the house as you found it. During a winter month stay a 300.00 utility security is required to insure conservative usage....will be returned upon receipt of monthly utility bills. Rental is 850.00 for Vacation and summer weeks. |
