Enjoy extraordinary sunsets from the two upper level decks, by the outdoor fireplace on the side patio, or from our lakeside deck and private 93' beach just out the front door. In walking distance are the Adirondack general store as well as the public beach & public park which offers a playground, basketball and tennis court. One overnight-mooring ball and two day-mooring buoys are also available for boaters. Head across the lake to the town of Schroon to enjoy public concerts, restaurants and movies. Popular Adironack area attractions such as the Natural Bridge are close by. | Rental Rates: | On 9/11/2011 the Belleric manner homeowners association amended their bylaws to eliminate renting. Unfortunately this will result in yet another blow to the already struggling Adirondack economy. No more will our renters be frequenting the Adirondack general store, Schroon Lake restaurants, or nearby attractions. For now we have chosen not to challenge this change, a clear violation of our constitutional right to maintain the value of our home which has decreased now that it is no longer a viable investment property.
