| Security Deposit Information: | Security Deposits are returned in Full after an inspection of the property is completed following the guest's departure and provided there are no damages to the property and the smoking policy has not been violated. SHOULDER SEASON: March 17, 2012 - May 19, 2012 and October 13, 2012 - December 15, 2012: $650 per week (weekly rental - no tax) 3-night minimum at $175/night (plus 10.75% tax) 5% DISCOUNT for Multiple Weeks in Shouldar Season.
