SHOULDER SEASON: April 1, 2010 - June 4, 2010 and October 17, 2010 - December 17, 2010: $550 per week (weekly rental - no tax). 3-night minimum at $130/night (plus 10.75% tax) 10% DISCOUNT for Multiple Weeks in Shouldar Season.
