| Josie's Retreat is a beautiful home nestled in the woods less than 2 miles to Whiteface Mountain on 3 private acres. Our home has been furnished for comfort and relaxation. Our home offers everything you need for a fabulous family vacation,from our incredibly well equipped kitchen, to our wide selection of books, games and childrens toys there is something for every family member . Enter into the spacious den/gameroom that is equipped with a foosball table, double fouton and daybed trundle, large tv with a dvd and vcr. There is a full bath on this level and a large mudroom area. The second level is the main living level with a spacious kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings, dining area seats 10 and counter/bar seats 6. There are 3 bedrooms, (king w/tv,queen,queen) and full bath with full size washer and dryer. There is a large deck and wrap around porch. The top level has a large loft area with a daybed trundle, tv and dvd. The huge master suite has a king size bed, full bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub and walk in closet. There is a porch of the master bedroom. We are walking distance to the Wilderness Restaurant, the Evening Hatch and Steinhoffs. You can also walk to the Lake Everest Day Park where there is public river access, sandy beach, playground equipment, pavillion with picnic tables and grills. We are two short miles to the best skiing on the east coast at Whiteface mountain. |

| Cleaning Policy: | Tenant is resposible for empting and cleaning refrigerator. Putting all trash and recycleables in bins in lower level. Put all dirty linens and towels by the washer and dryer. Put everything back where it started and leaving the home in neat and clean condition. The housekeeper will wash linens, scrub tubs and do floors and take trash to the dump. Cleaning fee ranges from $100-$200 depending on number of occupants and length of stay. |
| Linen Policy: | Home is equipped with all linens and towels, bath and beach. Comforters on all beds and plenty of extra blackets. |
| Security Deposit Information: | Security deposit of $300 is required on all rentals. Security deposit is refunded within 7 days if there is no damage. If there is any damage security deposit is refunded less any damages within 30 days. |
