I have Labor day week left available, The only summer week left, I will include the weekend for a reduced rate Take advantage of the reduced rates and increased privacy, concider a June or September stay! Modern Lakefront House on Indian Lake only 75 feet from the water's edge. New last Season DSL internet both wireless and wired and new Boat Dock. Our lakefront is over 250 feet wide! Relax on the large grassy lawn and enjoy the excellent view of Indian Lake and Baldface Mountain. A canoe is provided and a boat dock (in season). Or bring your own boat and tie up at the private dock for easy, all day access. Lakeside Retreat is a large lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite faces the lake has a queen side bed, small sitting area, with ample room for a portable crib and a private full bath. Bedroom #2 is a large room with has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom #3 has queen size bed with a chair and dresser. The home boasts of an open floorplan with a large kitchen open to the dining room and living room, all surrounded by large windows with one of the best views on the lake. The Living room has glass french doors which open to a fully screened in porch with a double swing and a few chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Off the Dining room is a connecting open deck with a picnic table and gas grill with sunny southern exposure. Kitchen has a double sink, dish washer, side-by-side refridgerator. The center island has a smooth top stove and oven with plenty of work space and can seat 4. Dining room can seat 8-10 people. The home has heat, hot water, clothes washer and dryer. You will be very comfortable with all the comforts of HOME which is what it is! For a family or group of 8 (6 Adults & 2 Children) or less you've found the best place on Indian lake! |

| Linen Policy: | Bring own towels and bed linens (3 queen beds, 2 twin beds). Washer and dryer in house. |
| Security Deposit Information: | $500 Security Deposit paid in advance along with completed Rental Agreement is needed to secure reservation dates. Security deposit is refunded within 14 days after check-out and house is clean and in the same condition as found. Security deposit refunded upon cancelation with 60 days advance notice. |
| Rental Rates: | Weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check out is 10AM, Check in is 2PM.
$1,200 per week off season. $250 per night, 2 night. $225 per night for a 3 night stay. For off season stays I can meet Renters and collect rent and deposit for last minute stays. $1,400 per week during July and August, whole week rental only. Off season weekends, Call for needs. Holidays will require minimum stays. PAYMENT: An ADVANCE PAYMENT equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before check-in. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before check-in date. CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Security deposit will be fully refunded with 60 day cancellation notice. Cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and security / reservation deposit, unless a new reservation can be made.
