| Come to Cranberry Lake and experience a calm, comfortable, laid back setting at Bear Mountain Lodge. Here you will rest in simple, clean and affordable accommodations. Brand new beds, newly tiled shower/tubs, and fully equipped modern kitchens. The water's edge is just a few hundred feet away. A roomy dock and boat tie ups are all available to our guests. Guests may also have the use of our canoe, a double kayak and two single kayaks, and rowboat, on a first come, first serve basis. Plenty of PFD's are available as well.
One cabin has a kitchen, living room, bath, screened porch, 3 bedrooms; two with a set of twin beds and one with a queen sized bed. Two living room sofas can pull out to become two more twin beds as well, if needed. Six maximum would fit comfortably in this cabin for the main part of the stay, with the option of two extra guests on occasion. The second cabin has a kitchen, living room, screened porch, two bedrooms and a separate dining area. This has a queen sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other. We recently purchased a sectional for the living room (not shown in the pictures yet). This includes another pull out queen sized bed. With a brand new roll away, to be used by either cabin, this unit could now hold as many as seven but for a week's stay or longer, six are recommended. The cabins have electric heat with separate thermostats. Each rents for $700 a week. | Smoking Policy: | The cabins are smoke free as well as our entire property, including porches, dock, and all of the grounds. |
| Cleaning Policy: | We expect our tenants to leave the cabins very clean. We will clean between rentals for no extra fee unless the cleaning exceeds our normal standards. If this should occur, we will charge the tenants $25 an hour to bring the cabin back to acceptable renting conditions. |
| Linen Policy: | We provide pillows, mattress pads, blankets, and paper products. We would like our guests to bring their own sheets and towels but these can be provided for an added fee of $15 per person. |
| Security Deposit Information: | $200.00 security deposit required for all rentals, regardless of length of stay. This deposit will be used for any extra cleaning or for replacement of any lost or broken property. Most of our guests receive a full refund within one month of their departure. |
| Rental Rates: | Weekly rentals are preferred from June 15 through Sept. 15; or a five night minimum.
Weekly rentals are $700. Nightly, $110 a night. Check ins on Saturdays, after 3 PM. Check outs on Saturdays, by noon. |
