| We are proud to offer over 400 ft of direct water front for your enjoyment. Come enjoy a fire, some fishing, some swimming, some hiking, some boating, some peace and quiet. Travel to Saratoga (40 mins) for the races, Lake George (40 mins) and come back to the peace and serenity. Shop along the country stores. Do as you please.
Our water front consists of the following: (1) A dock on a calm deep water bay perfect for boating, swimming and fishing. (2) A rocky area with a fire pit perfect for grilling a hanging out. (3) A shallow non rocky area where you can walk into the water. We are excited to give you the opportunity to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. If we could spend the summer we would, but we are still working and thus we have the ability to share this beauty with you. Need help, need assistance, need groceries or dinner, management is right around the corner at the local J and S Country Store. | Pet Policy: | Well trained dogs are welcomed for an extra $125. Not on the furniture please and do not leave alone inside or outside for an over extension of time. Prefer you to leave dog on porch while you are away. Please dispose of all waste properly in the toilet. Please notify us if dog has an accident so we can remedy.
We are respectful of pets but not abusive pet owners. Family pets only please. |
| Smoking Policy: | Absolutely no smoking. If you smoke by the fire or water do not dipose of cigarette buts in the fire or water. |
| Cleaning Policy: | We will clean for you for $75. For an extended stay we can have a weekly cleaning appointment set up for $75 per week. |
| Linen Policy: | We will provide clean linens. Please bring your own pillows. |
| Security Deposit Information: | $500 refundable security deposit. Refundable after inspection by cleaning personel upon your departure. |
| Rental Rates: | $1,100 per week - August
$1,100 per week - July through October (except August). $1,000 per week - June. Please inquire on special Fall rates, should be a great year. Monthly and winter rates available. Payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Check-In: Saturday 2pm. Check-Out: Saturday 10am. * We offer multi-year discounts and 5% off with up front cash payments. |
