Linens, laundry supplies and cleaning supplies are all provided for your convenience and comfort. A canoe, rowboat and 2 person kayak are available for your enjoyment. Snowmobile access to trail system and cross country ski or snowshoe right from the front door. Whiteface and Big Tupper both within approximately 30 minutes. By-the-week (Saturday to Saturday) only June 15 through Labor Day and Christmas week. Off-season and midweek discounts. Returning guests welcomed back with discounted rates!
Payment is due in full within 30 days of arrival date for stays under 7 nights, 60 days for 7-nights stays, and is non-refundable unless property is re-rented at same rate. (Please consider independently purchasing travel insurance.) *Contact owner for last minute weekend or mid-week rental rate discounts which are negotiable based on season and availability. Sorry, vacationing singles under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an older adult guardian. |
