Second floor master bedroom has skylights, to look at the stars with, while drifting to sleep in the king size bed. Master bedroom has a connecting 3/4 bath. TV with DVD and cable are in the loft overlooking the Great Room. New, superb quality mattresses throughout. The first floor has 36" doors to facilitate anyone with disabilities.

Linens, laundry supplies and cleaning supplies are all provided for your convenience and comfort. A canoe, rowboat and 2 person kayak are available for your enjoyment.

Snowmobile access to trail system and cross country ski or snowshoe right from the front door. Whiteface and Big Tupper both within approximately 30 minutes. Saranac Inn Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away

Cleaning Policy: Professional cleaning prior to each arrival. $100 cleaning fee on all rentals under 7 nights. Mid-week cleaning service can be provided for an additional fee. Nearby caretaker available to immediately address any maintenance concerns or special needs
Linen Policy: Ample supply of sheets and towels included.
Security Deposit Information: $500 security/damage deposit refunded in full within 7 business days of check-out date if property is returned in acceptable condition and no additional charges are incurred.
Rental Rates: Rates are $1875 per week. Lower rates may apply during non-peak periods. 3-night minimum. 2-night weekends sometimes available by special request. By-the-week (Saturday to Saturday) only June 15 through Labor Day and Christmas week. Off-season and midweek discounts. Returning guests welcomed back with discounted rates!

Payment is due in full within 30 days of arrival date for stays under 7 nights, 60 days for 7-nights stays, and is non-refundable unless property is re-rented at same rate. (Please consider independently purchasing travel insurance.)

*Contact owner for last minute weekend or mid-week rental rate discounts which are negotiable based on season and availability.

Sorry, vacationing singles under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an older adult guardian.
