| In the shadow of White Face mountain, nestled in the Adirondacks on pristine Union Falls Lake. Offering breath taking views in a serene setting. Our cabin books by the week Saturday to Saturday. It has 2 small bedrooms, full kitchen, bath, living room and porch. Outside it has a fire pit, gas grill and chairs. Rental boats, kayaks and canoes are available. If you have your own boat dock space is available as well as our private launch. Please keep in mind there is a ten horsepower limit on the lake. The 7 mile long lake offers excellent fishing for pike (up to 42 inches that I've seen), walleye, bass, perch and blue gill. If fishing's not your thing take a peaceful canoe or kayak ride and watch for eagles, moose, bear or dear. The Saranac river flows through Union Falls and offers great trout fishing with just a short walk. Close to Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. | |

| Pet Policy: | pets are allowed as long as there kept on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the building or property. |
| Smoking Policy: | Smoking is discouraged inside the cabin but there is a covered porch. |
| Cleaning Policy: | We ask that the cabin be left neat and tidy. Dishes cleaned and put away, floor swept, garbage taken to the dumpster and any furniture moved to be put back in its original location. Bedding can be left on beds. Carpet vacuuming and floor moping are optional but appreciated. We will apply a $50 cleaning fee if the cabin condition is left as otherwise stated. |
| Linen Policy: | All linens are supplied. The only thing needed to bring are towels, bath and dish. |
| Security Deposit Information: | A 50 % non refundable security deposit is required upon booking. We understand things happen, so if we are able to rebook the week we will happily refund the deposit. |
| Rental Rates: | The cabin books for $1000 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 2 p.m, check out is 10 a.m. Boats, kayaks and canoes are available for rental. |
