| Pet Policy: | The house is professionally cleaned to maintain an allergy free environment for sensitive guests. Therefore, we do not allow pets. |
| Smoking Policy: | Smoking only allowed outside of the house. |
| Cleaning Policy: | Mountain View is our home and we ask that you take care of the house as if it were your own. The rental includes up to 3 hours ($20/hr) cleaning service after you depart. With large groups additional cleaning time will be required because the washer and dryer only work so fast. Therefore if more than 3 beds are used the additional time needed to clean the house will be taken out of the security deposit. |

| Security Deposit Information: | A $500 security deposit is required.
It has been rare that security deposits have been used. Their purpose is to cover damage, loss and unusual cleaning. The house keeper inspects the house after a guest leaves and reports back to owner after which the deposit is returned as soon as possible; generally within a period of two weeks. |
