This Tripp Lake Condo is a comfortable getaway located in the Adirondacks. While it is a convenient short distance off the 87 Northway, it offers a quiet, comfortable holiday. It is located 5 miles north of the center of Warrensburg and 5 miles south of the center of Chestertown. It is 20 minutes to Gore Mountain, 15 minutes to Lake George village ,1 exit to Bolton Landing, and one hour to Lake Placid.

This Condo is located in the beautiful Green Mansions Country Club Estates. During the summer months, our guests enjoy our comfortable home and relaxing beach, and tennis courts. You will be centrally located for summer activities. Lake George and many other Adirondack lakes and parks are only a short drive away. Also enjoy nearby Great Escape Fun Park, Extreme Adventure Park, water parks, train museum, white water rafting, para sailing, hiking trails, kayaking, mountain biking, boating and horse back riding. For those that like the indoors, there is plenty of nearby shopping, outlets, antique shops, museums and great restaurants. Nearby dynamite hill also offers weekly outdoor concerts,

This condo offers hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining area. Newer carpeting throughout Condo, with tile in bathrooms. Completely furnished with all of the comforts of home. First floor boasts a clean, comfortable kitchen and dining area, half bath, living room with full size wood burning fireplace, HDTV, & High Speed Wirelesss Internet. Sectional couch with hide-a-bed, rustic decor. Second floor has full size bathroom with tub/shower, two generous bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and views of adirondack landscaped grounds and clay tennis courts. Second bedroom has queen size bed, twin bed, skylight, large closet and new stack washer/ dryer. This home is clean, fresh and comfortable.

Lake is short walk behind the Condo or if desired, convenient private lake drive access is available to guests.

Smoking Policy: No indoor smoking allowed. This is a smoke free home.
Cleaning Policy: Guests do light cleaning after themselves and put trash in proper receptacles located on site.
You will need to supply your own paper products, (ie paper towels, paper plates, napkins, etc), and toiletries. Markets and restaurants are conveniently located for your needs. We ask that you leave the Condo in the general condition that you found it in.
Linen Policy: Linens, blankets, and pillows for the home will be supplied by the owner for one king size, one queen, one twin bed and pull out couch. Beach, bath and kitchen towels are not supplied. Please bring your own towels. Towels can be provided for additional $10.00 per two person.
Security Deposit Information: A security/damage deposit along with 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to arrival date. A full refund of the security/damage deposit will be issued following departure with a satisfactory inspection.

About Us: Meet Pat and Sue Dunnigan, Our love for the Adirondacks began many years ago and continues to grow with every day we spend in the north country. Our children have grown up spending weekends and vacations in the Adirondacks. Swimming, fishing, skiing, skating, kayaking and frogging were their favorite activities. Pat and Sue work long hours at their jobs and recognize how important a wonderful vacation stay is important to you.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake George Town: Location, location, location. The condo is centrally located, but yet private. Tripp lake is a very beautiful small lake with a lovely private beach area.

Why our property is special: Our property is special because you are staying with us in the wonderful Adirondack Park! We have never had a guest that was not happy with their stay. Our condo is centrally located, clean, fresh and very comfortable.
