Recently remodeled, classic year round Adirondack camp. Located in desirable Eagle Bay Park Association, with access to 2 private sandy beaches. Close to snowmobile trails and 4th Lake. Four bedrooms, sleeps 8, with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. A short drive to Old Forge or Inlet provides added options for dining, shopping and entertainment. Numerous lakes, rivers and hiking trails provide unlimited outdoor activities. Our location is hard to beat, with the serenity that the Adirondacks is known for.

The winter 2017 season is rented. We are extremely fortunate to have nearly 100 percent return summer renters. We are in the process of doing our season end survey for next year. Due to increased interest in our camp we are making an effort to get that info asap. The calendar will be updated as soon as we know a week is taken. Thanks to everyone who has asked for time in 2017. Please contact us about availability or check the site calendar. Our goal is to have an extremely comfortable, yet traditional ADK camp with all the comforts of home. The camp is very roomy with excellent first floor accessability for anyone not wanting to climb stairs. The new addition is upstairs and at the rear of the camp. It is the best area if anyone desires privacy. The attached downstairs area is ideal for "outdoor" gatherings if the weather doesn't cooperate. From there, you have direct access to the fire pit area. We have attempted to cover all possibilities.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Call us to see if an exception is possible. Any trace of pets at the camp will result in loss of security deposit.
Smoking Policy: No smoking any where in the camp. You have the great outdoors. Any butts must be picked up and discarded. Violation will result in loss of security deposit.
Cleaning Policy: We provide deep cleaning between guests. However, guests are required to leave the camp tidy. Failure to do so will result in loss of security deposit. The cleaner will contact us with any problems resulting in your stay. Their say so will allow us to return your deposit with-in 10 days. Instruction for garbage disposal will be posted at the camp. We realize that dealing with garbage is an annoyance, but we provide directions to the Town of Webb transfer station, or it must be taken with you.Winter renters will be expected to have the camp professionally cleaned upon departure. We will provide our regular cleaners contact information.
Linen Policy: You will need to bring your own bath linens, and bed linens for a 3 queen and 2 twin beds. We provide pillows and blankets. If you have a favorite pillow, bring it.
Security Deposit Information: For summer rentals, a $250.00 security/reservation deposit is required at booking. For off season week end rentals, a $200.00 security/reservation deposit is required at booking. Winter rental requires a $750.00 security/reservation deposit upon booking. For the winter season, we have pre-paid for propane. This was done to secure the best price available. We will work out a deal to pass that price along to you. All deposits will be promptly returned upon inspection of the camp. Reservation deposit will be returned if we can fill your week should you need to cancel with adequate notice to us.
Rental Rates: Summer rates are weekly at $1100.00 per week. A week is considered from Saturday to Saturday with check-in after 2:00p.m. and check-out before 10:00a.m.
Off season rates are $250.00 per night with a 2 night minimum. We consider off season to be April 1st to June 21, and September 21 to December 1. Weekly rates are possible if needed for off season rental.
Winter season is from 12-01 to March 31. Rate is $6240.00 plus heat. Winter season includes snow plowing, phone, electric, and wi-fi internet and deluxe cable tv.

About Us: We are life long ADK fanatics. After many years of renting, we made our dreams come true by buying what we now call Dancing Bear Camp. After an extreme amount of cleaning, remodeling and adding on, the camp is in its most finished condition to date. We will always be improving. Our proudest accomplishment is in providing very comfortable and ample furnishings. The majority of places we rented were either furnished with very poor furniture or not enough. Comfort and convenience is our intention.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Eagle Bay: Eagle Bay is ideally located near all activities, but has more serenity than being in the middle of Old Forges occasional craziness. We are located near all major hiking, biking, boating and snowmobiling trails and venues. There is also the added benefit of closeness to Inlet, the Moose River Plains, and the Stillwater Resevoir.

Why our property is special: We have attempted to set our camp up in a very renter friendly way. We feel that our camp is our home first and rental property second. Therefore, it is very homey and comfortable. It is also that reason that we feel that we rent only to people looking for that type of rental and enjoy many return renters. We believe that our rental methods reflect our feeling that we rent a home, not just another rental income property, and work hard to establish a relationship with our guests.
